2. A "total power supply" socket is installed above the right side panel of the main unit. Connect one end of the power cord to the other end and connect it to a live power supply. A vacuum pump power socket is additionally installed on the side of the "total power supply", and the vacuum pump power cord is plugged in, namely K.
3. Please read the "Instruction Manual" of the vacuum pump in detail, check the vacuum pump, confirm that the vacuum pump oil has been filled, do not run, and the oil level should not be lower than the center line of the oil mirror.
4. The "○" type sealing ring above the cold trap should be kept clean, and a layer of vacuum grease can be applied evenly before use.
5. Load the material into the material tray, put the material tray on the pre-freezing rack, put the pre-freezing rack into the cold trap, cover with the insulation cover, and pre-freeze for ~ hour.
6. If the gland configuration is selected, the material is poured into the vial, and the vial is placed in a cold trap, pre-frozen for ~ hour, and after pre-freezing, the vial is placed in the gland material tray for drying.
7. If a multi-manifold configuration is selected, the material is poured into the selected drying bottle, and then the drying bottle is placed in a cold trap, covered with a heat preservation cover, and pre-frozen for ~ hours, if possible, the drying bottle can be rotated while Pre-freeze in order to freeze the material evenly on the bottle wall and accelerate drying.
8. Press and hold the "Total Power" button on the control panel for three seconds to power on the control system. At this time, the temperature window displays the temperature of the cold trap coil at that time. Please check the possible leak points, valves, and related seals one by one.
